Stay & Play for Cats
Feline guests will enjoy their own private condo, toys, cat post and a large window to view the outside – all this is contained within our private cat room. Each day, guests will also have plenty of play time with one of our team members. Boarding Prices:
Cat Condo - First Guest - $23.00 / Night Cat Condo - Second Guest Shared Suite - $21.00 / Night 15% discount for 30-night boarding's Checkout time is 11:30 AM.
ANY pick-up after 11:30 AM will be subject to a a late charge of $18.00 regardless of what time clients tell us they will be picking up. We ask for a pick-up time so we know when to expect you, not because we are altering our checkout time. PLEASE BE AWARE THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. Boarding includes:
premium bed, nightly tuck-in with treat (if provided), 1 free text or email update with a photo of your cat if it is staying for 2 or more nights Bookings require a 50% deposit and a credit card on file to ensure your suite. We also require a 2 night minimum stay for weekend boarding.
72 hours notice is required for boarding cancellations to receive a deposit refund. Refunds will be subject to a 5% service charge to cover administrative and POS fees. If you cancel with less than the required 72 hours notice your deposit will not be refunded. Add Ons:
Extra Update - $4.50 (Price per one update.) Boarding pets receive one complimentary text or email photo update during a stay of 3 or more nights. Add an additional check-in for more communication with your pet. Call us at 778-475-0488 or current clients can request a booking online.
