We offer our clients a state of the art pet grooming facility where we understand that every pet is unique and deserves the very best of care and a gentle touch.
We use all natural shampoo, conditioner, and ear cleaning solutions. We understand not all pets are comfortable being bathed and groomed, because of this we do our best to provide a comfortable and stress free environment for the dogs, we schedule each dog to their own time and have the same groomer work on the dog from start to finish. Late fees, no-show fees, and cancellation fees: Due to the busy grooming schedule, we have implemented a $10.00 late fee for clients 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment. Clients showing up 15 minutes late will have their grooms reschedule for a later date along with a fee for the cost of the groom. 24 hours notice is required for grooming cancellations, if the groom is canceled past the 24-hour time frame the client will be subject to a fee for the cost of the groom. |
Puppy PackagesWe greatly encourage clients to start getting their comfortable with grooming as early as possible. The puppy packages are a great incentive to get your puppies used to the grooming program making grooming much easier for our groomers and far less stressful for your puppy!
These packages are designed for puppies up to 5 months old, packages are preformed on a weekly basis over a period of 3-4 weeks to ensure your puppy is familiarized at a calm pace. Contact our groomers at 778-475-0488 to start your puppy package. Puppy Groom Package - $150.00 and up This package is for puppies who will be utilizing most services the salon has to offer. Week 1: The groomer will go over long term goals along with tips on how to maintain your dogs coat at home. The groomers will perform a nail trim, ear cleaning, and brush out on your dog. Week 2: Your puppy will receive a relaxing using puppy shampoo, an introduction to the blow dryer, a brush out, nail trim and ear cleaning. We will also slowly start to introduce the sounds of clippers, scissors and the nail Dremel around them. Week 3: Your puppy will have the same treatment as week 2, the groomer will introduce a feet, sanitary, and facial trim. The groomers will continue to introduce the sounds of clippers, scissors and the nail Dremel. Week 4: Your puppy will receive everything from the previous weeks along with its first haircut at a pace comfortable for your puppy. Puppy Bath Package - $100.00 This package is great for puppies who will not be needing haircuts but want to utilize salon services for baths and nail trims. Week 1: The groomer will go over long term goals along with tips on how to maintain your dogs coat at home. The groomers will perform a nail trim, ear cleaning, and brush out on your dog. Week 2: Your pup will receive a relaxing bath using puppy shampoo with an intro to our dryers. Your pup will also receive an intro to the nail Dremel, an ear cleaning and brush out. Week 3: Your pup will receive everything from the previous weeks as well as a pad and sanitary trim if applicable. |
